Symphonic Designs Brand of High Quality Speakers
June 1, 2007 – West Chester, PA – North American Cable Equipment, Inc. (NACE) announced today the creation of new division focused on bringing high quality home entertainment audio products to consumers. The company’s Symphonic Designs division will debut with a family of high quality speakers targeted to middle and high income consumers.
Initial stereo speaker products include the SD-THX-1 5 piece home theater speaker system, the SD-SS10 active subwoofer system, the SD-502 2-piece satellite stereo speakers for indoor and outdoor applications, the SD-AAR2-E 2-piece in-ceiling speakers, and the SD-AA2-E 2-piece in-wall speakers.
Symphonic Designs’ speakers have specifications and manufacturing quality that are highly competitive with leading brands sold by home entertainment retailers and big box stores, yet available to consumers at a fraction of the price. Initial responses from a select group of consumer audiophiles generated high praise for audio quality, build quality, and packaging.
The Symphonic Designs brand will leverage NACE’s sales and distribution organization in addition to its national warehousing facilities. Dealers and distributors will remain the company’s key sales channel.
